nexrastore Delivery information

nexrastore aim to ship orders within the UK and EU as quickly and efficiently as possible. However, we cannot take responsibility for deliveries delayed for reasons beyond our control.

Our delivery service operates daily, Monday – Friday (exc. public holidays) and we aim to pick and pack your order within 72 hours, this is in addition to our normal shipping times.

UK deliveries

nexrastore operate three delivery services; Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded for items under 1000 grams, Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded for items under 1000 grams and DPD Courier UK (3 business days) up to 10kg maximum weight. We do not offer weekend deliveries unfortunately.

nexrastore offer secure delivery services, therefore ALL deliveries must be signed for. If you wish to instruct DPD or Royal Mail to leave your order in a specific location (example; back of the house, behind a dustbin), where a signature cannot be obtained, this is entirely at your own risk and we take no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

We do not offer weekend deliveries, therefore orders for DPD Courier UK placed on a Friday will not deliver until after the weekend.

Please note we do not deliver to shipping companies, the Channel Islands, Post Office boxes, hotels or guest houses. Goods cannot be collected.

BFPO addresses are fulfilled (where possible) with different delivery terms, contact us for more details. For outlying areas in the UK, e.g. the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland, we cannot always guarantee a 'next-day' service.

EU Deliveries

We are happy to ship into most EU territories and strive to keep shipping fast, safe and affordable. DPD Europe deliver up to 5 kilo's and your order is fully trackable from the moment it leaves us in the UK. For parcels being shipped within the EU, please allow up to ten (10) business days (excluding holidays) for delivery.

USA Deliveries

nexrastore use DHL Worldwide to deliver to the United States. A fast, efficient and fully trackable service with great reliability. To expedite your order, please make sure your address details are CORRECT. If an address is incorrect or street unknown DHL may have to start a manual search. This search costs an additional $15.00 chargeable to you. Ensure you have provided a live contact number, which you answer and has a voicemail facility. If DHL have any issues trying to deliver your parcel they will contact you. If you do not respond, your parcel will return to nexrastore in the UK promptly and we implement charges before refunding you. For parcels being shipped to the USA, please allow up to fifteen (15) business days (excluding holidays) for delivery.

Non-EU/Customs Charges

nexrastore ship goods outside the United Kingdom on a 'delivered duty unpaid’ basis, so you may have to pay government import duty or a customs entry fee before your goods are delivered or released. If you do not pay such fees the goods will return to nexrastore.

International Deliveries

nexrastore ship to some countries outside the European Union, a list can be found in the drop-down in the 'Address' section at our Checkout. If your country is not listed, we do not deliver there.

Non-EU shipments may take up to thirty (30) days due to customs regulations in some countries. Customs charges may apply.

Why no cheap surface mail services to Europe or USA?

They are not reliable. It's as simple as that. The courier services we offer are the same price as Royal Mail and more visible, especially on international routes. Royal Mail cannot track an order once it has left the United Kingdom, it can take several months before a lost/damaged package returns to nexrastore and we do not despatch a duplicate order in that time. If an order is completely lost, you must fill out a claim form with Royal Mail and this can be time consuming. Royal Mail compensate up to £50 only. Your order is important to us and we want you to have it with a minimum of fuss or worry.

No confirmation of order/despatch?

Please check your SPAM, TRASH, JUNK folders to ensure our confirmation e-cards are not accidentally landing there before contacting us. Some email providers (Hotmail, GMail, Yahoo etc) have powerful filters which screen-out nexrastore calling cards. If you have to retrieve our email from this type of folder, mark it 'Not Junk' or 'Not Trash' to ensure future correspondence arrives to your Inbox correctly.

When Will My Order Despatch?

For UK deliveries, nexrastore aim to despatch orders within 2-3 working days unless you have selected 'Next Day' delivery, in which case we aim to despatch your order within 24 hours (weekdays only). Once your order is ready to go, we will send you confirmation via email.

If you are concerned about receiving your order by a certain date and want a guaranteed transit time, always select 'Next Day Courier'.

For European and International deliveries, we aim to despatch orders within 2-3 working days. If you are concerned about receiving your order by a certain date and want a guaranteed transit time, always select a courier service.

Delayed delivery?

UK Next Day service: Please allow up to three (3) business days from the date your order despatched before contacting nexrastore.

All other services: Please allow up to five (5) business days from the date your order despatched before contacting nexrastore.

What happens if I am out?

Because all nexrastore deliveries must be signed for, you will receive a card explaining where your goods are and, how long they will be held, before they are returned to us. Our couriers will not leave packages with neighbours, behind bins or under cars etc UNLESS YOU INSTRUCT THEM TO. Please do not miss out on receiving your goods, make sure someone is at home to sign for your package.

If you are not at home to receive your delivery and you also do not collect your package from the postal depot, it will return to us. All re-deliveries are chargeable.
